Rule 135 Z: Proposal of how the new rule should read:
Judge’s evaluation forms will be made available online and at each NASMA sanctioned show. NASMA show managers and show exhibitors who are members in good standing of NASMA are encouraged to comment on the performance of the judge officiating at each show. Each evaluation form that is submitted to the Judges Committee will be made available to all members of that committee. All evaluation forms will be kept on record for each judge.

Justification and impact if rule is not changed |
| Justification: making judges forms available via hard copy will make it more accessible for our members who are not comfortable finding the form online. Also, keeping all members of the judges committee abreast with current reviews on judges will ensure all members of that committee have equitable access to all evaluations. |
